On Family Day, local families can experience Chinese lantern making firsthand at a special workshop designed for all ages. Taking place at the community center, this event offers participants the opportunity to craft traditional lanterns while learning about their cultural significance and history. In addition to hands-on creativity, attendees will gain an understanding of the role lanterns play in Chinese celebrations. All materials are provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
