• You must follow all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under your account and keeping access secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

You may be able to submit content (including event descriptions, times, images, links, and comments) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Fore.Events a license to display and distribute it within the Service.

• You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
• You grant Fore.Events a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• We may remove or restrict User Content at our discretion, including content that appears inaccurate, misleading, or abusive.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Post content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, or invasive of privacy.
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape the Service excessively, or use automated access in a way that harms availability.
• Misrepresent affiliation with a venue, organizer, or Fore.Events.

Event details can change. Fore.Events does not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or current. Always verify critical details (date/time/location/tickets) with the official organizer or venue.

We may update the Service, change features, or remove content at any time.

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Fore.Events and its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

The Service may link to third-party sites (ticketing pages, venue pages, maps, etc.). Fore.Events is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions. Your interactions with third parties are between you and them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fore.Events disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Fore.Events does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fore.Events will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Fore.Events’ total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not paid anything).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
