In recognition of one of humanity’s greatest achievements, the Apollo 11 Anniversary Celebration will take place this Saturday at the downtown Civic Center. Attendees can experience interactive exhibits detailing the mission, as well as hear firsthand accounts from guest speakers including space historians and engineers. The event invites community members of all ages to commemorate the historic 1969 moon landing that changed exploration forever.
