Temple Football Spring Game: A Philadelphia Tradition That Brings the Community Together There’s something special about spring in Philadelphia—and the annual Temple Football Spring Game at the Edberg Olson Football Practice Facility is a proud part of that tradition. Beyond the on-field action, this event has become a cherished gathering for neighbors, alumni, students, and families from across the city. It’s more than just football. The Spring Game at Edberg Olson brings Philly’s spirit to life, turning the facility into a melting pot of community pride and local culture. Young kids meet their favorite college athletes, alumni connect with old friends, and the city’s energy creates a warm, festive backdrop for all. Local businesses, fans, and Temple supporters unite to cheer on the Owls, showing what makes Philadelphia’s sports scene so unique and welcoming. Events like these strengthen our community ties and inspire the next generation—on and off the field. Whether you're a lifelong Philadelphian or new to the city, the Temple Football Spring Game is a reminder of the power of sports to bring us all together. See you at Edberg Olson!
