The Loving Touch Line Skipper - Cky

With one of the most diverse sounds in Rock, CKY tickets are always good for a wild night. CKY had quite auspicious beginnings rising to fame out of West Chester, Pennsylvania, as the background music to the videos of the CKY video series and later Jackass television series. This is partly because of the drummer Jess Margera's brother Bam being a prominent figure on both series. The rest of the band's original crew was made up of Deron Miller (guitarist, lead vocalist), Chad I Ginsberg (guitarist, backing vocalist), and Matt Deis (bass). The CKY band originally came together in 1998, forming through the bonds of Margera and Miller, who met in high school and performed with different bands then. Despite gaining recognition from their connections with their second album release, Infiltrate Destroy Rebuild, in 2002, they began to differentiate themselves for their unique sound. It is hard to say for sure what you will find with CKY tickets as their style spans multiple genres from hard Rock to skate punk, stoner metal, and post-grunge. The name CKY stands for Camp Kill Yourself. Their fanbase dubbed the "CKY Alliance," is well known for their passionate support. This is warranted due to the band's dynamic nature as they exhibit multiple styles and tones across their live setlist. With songs that feature storylines for their universe entitled "Hellview" and others that delve into the darker side of humanity. CKY brings an uproarious atmosphere along with deep observant lyrics that will have you questioning everything from freedom to suicide.
