Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre

The Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre is Detroit’s premier waterfront music venue, hosting concerts, festivals, and cultural events along the Detroit River. Formerly known as Chene Park, the venue was renamed in 2019 to honor the Queen of Soul. With a capacity of approximately 6,000 and a scenic outdoor setting, it attracts top national artists across R&B, jazz, hip‑hop, soul, and pop.
