Lensic Performing Arts Center

The Lensic Performing Arts Center is a historic theater located in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, and has been a cultural cornerstone since its opening in 1931. It serves as the city’s year-round home for the performing arts, hosting a diverse range of theater, music, dance, films, and lectures. The Lensic is known for its commitment to education, reaching over 14,500 students annually as New Mexico’s largest performing arts education provider. As a nonprofit organization, it supports both local and international artists and offers accessible programming and community events. The beautifully restored theater features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, a stage, balcony, and orchestra, with a seating capacity of more than 800.
