MLB Youth Academy

The Major League Baseball Compton Youth Academy, founded in 2006, is the first Urban Youth Academy established by MLB in California. The Academy is dedicated to providing high-quality baseball and softball instruction while positively impacting urban communities. Located on the Compton College campus, it serves as a not-for-profit organization focused on youth development and education. Registration for programs is free, with optional donations welcomed to support activities. The venue prohibits pets and encourages participants to submit their most recent report cards during online registration.
