The Cell Theatre

The Cell Theatre is an innovative not-for-profit arts venue dedicated to the incubation and presentation of new work across all disciplines. Located in the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, it offers a welcoming space for artists to explore and develop creative projects. Founded by Nancy Manocherian, The Cell Theatre is led by Artistic Director Kira Simring and has become a hub for the NYC arts community. The venue's mission is to foster creativity that 'mines the mind, pierces the heart and awakens the soul.' It regularly hosts live performances, musical events, and theatrical productions, serving as a 'third space' for home-cooked artistic collaboration.
